Your purchase and use of our designs implies that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions of our website.

General Rules
Buylandingpagedesign.com has the authority to revoke the access of users who are found to be misusing or abusing the website. Additionally, Buylandingpagedesign.com holds the right to alter the website and adjust the prices of design services as needed, without prior notification.
Purchase & Download
To purchase any template from our website, simply create a FREE account. If you prefer to upload the files yourself, please send us an email requesting the option, and we will provide you with a download link for your purchased, ready-to-use template in the form of a zip file. The link will be sent to your registered email address within the specified timeframe.
License to use our designs
Single Site License - When you purchase a single site license, you obtain the permission to modify, utilize, and store the design. However, you are prohibited from selling, reselling, distributing, or presenting the designs as part of your portfolio. The footer link that credits Buylandingpagedesign.com (e.g., "Designed by Buylandingpagedesign.com") must be kept intact. Additionally, you may only use the purchased design on a single domain. If you wish to use the same design on multiple domains, you must purchase the template again for each domain.
Ready to Use Template - Our ready to use template include Logo, content, and image updates Form Fields change (add or remove) Replace Demo video with your video Activation of contact forms or implementation of autoresponder/form codes File Upload Implementation of Google Analytics code Implementation of live chat code Implementation of autoresponder code Please take note of the following: The design included in the package is for single-site use only. If you plan to use it on multiple domains, you must purchase the template again for each domain. You are responsible for providing us with your logo, texts, and high-quality images, as well as clear instructions for content placement. To upload the files, you must provide us with access to your hosting account or developer access. If you prefer to upload the files yourself, please let us know, and we will send you the customized files via email. To ensure that we can complete the project on time, we will need all the requested information before the project starts. Please be aware that multi-step forms, advanced programming, shopping carts, and payment integrations are not included in the package mentioned above. If you opt to upload the files yourself, we will send you a download link for the updated files via email. Additional services can be provided for an additional fee.
BuyOut License - A BuyOut License typically refers to a type of licensing agreement in which the licensee (the person or entity purchasing the license) obtains full ownership and control of the licensed asset (in this case, a template) from the licensor (the person or entity selling the license). With a BuyOut License for a template, you would have the right to use the design on unlimited domains, edit it as you see fit, and sell, resell or distribute it without any restrictions. This means that you would have complete control over the template and would be able to use it in any way you choose. Additionally, with a BuyOut License, the template would be removed from the licensor's website gallery and would not be sold again, ensuring that you have exclusive access to the design.
Footer Link Removal - If you wish to remove the credit link from the footer of a design you have purchased, you will need to select the "Remove or change footer link" option at the time of purchase, whether it is a single site license or developer purchase. It is important to note that the authorization to remove the footer link is only granted if you have also purchased the footer rights when you bought the template from the website.

Package Service
We offer cost-effective packages for landing page and website design, which include free updates according to the specific package you choose. However, if you require further updates beyond the ones included in your package, you will need to purchase our additional maintenance package.
If your payment for the package subscription is cancelled or delayed, your package will be suspended, and you will not be able to access the template files. Package users are only allowed to use the templates as long as their package is active. To discontinue using our package services, you must cancel your package subscription before it renews. Once your package is renewed, you can only cancel it for upcoming payments.
Refund rules for Package
You need to cancel your package subscription within 24 HOURS of subscribing to be eligible for a refund.
Templates
Our templates are meticulously designed to ensure that they are both visually appealing and user-friendly, while also taking into account the specific category of design. They are fully editable and can be customized as per your requirements, provided that you have the necessary software and skills. However, if you are unable to make the changes yourself, you may need to seek the assistance of an expert, which will be a paid service.
Please note that some templates, such as e-commerce or product pages, may require advanced programming and payment integrations that are not included with the ready-to-use templates. If you wish to use the landing page in WordPress, you will need to have it converted into WordPress, which will also be a paid service. All product images used in the landing page designs are for demo purposes only, and you will need to replace them with your own product images. Before purchasing any template from us, it is your responsibility to carefully check the number of pages, file type, and source files included, which are clearly mentioned on each template's "buy now" page. Any additional services required beyond what is mentioned on the buy now page will also be charged accordingly. -
Custom Designs
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all custom design and development services provided by BuyLandingPageDesign.com to its customers. The acceptance of these terms and conditions is not required to be signed by the client for them to apply. If a client accepts a quote and confirms the project, it will be deemed that they have read and understood the terms and conditions in full and have accepted them. BuyLandingPageDesign.com reserves the right to showcase any custom designs created by us as part of our portfolio on our website. In certain circumstances, at the request of the customer, BuyLandingPageDesign.com may not showcase the designs created for them on our website portfolio.

Project Quotation
Upon receiving your requirements, we will provide you with a project quotation, including the time frame and payment policy, via email. Please note that quotations are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issuance. After the expiry of 15 days, BuyLandingPageDesign.com reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation.

Project Cancellation
If a custom design and development work has already begun (such as creating a design concept), then the down payment is non-refundable. BuyLandingPageDesign may elect at its sole discretion to offer a partial refund depending upon the circumstances.

Images and Content
If any premade-template contains premium stock photos which are only for demo purposes and not distributed with the template. You need to purchase them separately from the corresponding stock photo website. You are responsible for adhering to the original license of them if necessary. All images used in our templates are for demonstration purposes only and are not included in the download file. Content used in designs are placeholder or dummy content only, you need to replace those with your own orignal content.

Backups
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups with respect to your website and we will not be liable for restoring any client data or client websites except to the extent that such data loss arises out of a negligent act or omission by us.

Design Customization
You are free to customize the design according to your requirements, you can also hire us for your design customization requirements or custom design service as well. Please be informed that for editing these templates yourself you will need proper software and skills. We provide annual maintenance packages as well for your convenience.

Unauthorized usage
You are not authorized to place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a disk, CD, website or any other medium. You are not authorized to offer our designs (modified or unmodified) for resale or redistribution. You are not allowed to use our templates preview/screenshot as your portfolio or blog post etc without prior permission from us. If you want to use our templates you must obtain a permission from us and link back to the original source.
Please note that we do not allow resell of our designs, so beware of any fake and misleading websites and designers using our templates preview to mislead you. Strict action will be taken against those accused of copyright infringement.
Refunds
Since the landing pages and website templates are considered as digital products, so we cannot offer you any refund or exchange after you have already made the purchase and received the download link as we have no control over the product being downloaded from our servers. Thus, any purchases made by the customers will be considered final, and no refund or exchange shall be provided. As a customer you are responsible to check all the details regarding the template mentioned on our template description page as well as read the terms and conditions prior to purchasing any item from our website.
If you have any presale questions or any doubt about our products then you can contact us anytime with your queries and we would be happy to assist you with the same. We do not guarantee that our designs will boost your conversions immediately as conversion depends upon many factors and design is just a part of it.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we do honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
Products:
Non-delivery: Download link of your purchased files will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours however due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend you to contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be emailed to us within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered as received and downloaded.
Major defects : Although all the templates are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be reported directly to us. Our team will resolve the issue within 48 hours. If a defect is verified and our team fails to correct it within 48 hours from the date of the initial complaint or any other notification provided by a customer, a refund or product replacement or credit will be offered. Please be advised, that temporary access to your server can be requested by our team in order to identify and fix an issue. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide level of access sufficient for troubleshooting and resolving an issue may lead to declining a refund request.
Product not-as-described : Product not-as-described issues must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the product description page. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
Services:
Service not rendered: Service is cancelled due to a buyer’s request prior to actual project start.
Delayed service delivery: Service can not be delivered within specified timeframe, due to some issues on the service provider’s end. Note, a project is considered to be started after the buyer submits all the information required for the service delivery, like access, project specifications, etc. Failure to provide such information in a timely manner may result in declining a refund request.
Service not-as-described: Service not-as-described requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the project completion. Clear evidence and detailed information must be provided proving that the delivered service does not match its description.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (drag and drop builders, plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications. Please give up to 24 hours for our team to get back to you on the problem.
Refund claims if any should be communicated to us within 7 days after the order is placed. You should accompany this request with detailed information and valid reasons when you apply for a refund. Buylandingpagedesign.com uses PayPal as its payment processing partner. If you are not able to make payment by either way then you can contact us for alternate payment methods like wire transfer, bank transfer, moneygram or western union.
